the location was excellent, so close to everything i wanted to see. the rooftop pool became my sanctuary with its fine view. the gym had all the equipment i needed, so i could keep up with my routine.
my minibar was not refilled daily as promised, and that was a bit disappointing. the toothbrush i used was not replaced, and i had expect it to be. the lighting was rather dim, i think, and it made it hard to read.

the location was perfect and the design of the room felt special. the pool had a beautiful view, though i had little time to swim. i enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff helpful (brandon at the front desk and daniel aziz from housekeeping stood out). i was happy i chose this place.
i had to call multiple times for the front desk to answer and requests took a very long time. ordering towels took more than 30 minutes and the wifi barely worked. i wish they could improve this.

i found noise from connecting rooms disruptive. conversations were audible at night. this impacted my sleep and overall comfort .

The hotel features an inviting pool on the 6th floor. It faces the museum. a sauna WITH an awesome VIEW is available outdoors. there IS also a games area well-managed for guest entertainment.

i appreciated the friendly STAFF. it reminded me of a home away from home because of all the little things. the coffee was also quite good. i got a suite upgrade, wonderful. the ambience was both unique and beautiful.
the noise from the neighboring rooms was a DISTURBANCE. i could hear conversations and shouting. it made it hard to sleep, especially when it woke me up early.

i found the hotel's location quite good. it made accessing places easy. the monkey bar have a killer view of the museum of the future. the rooftop is really something.
my minibar was not refilled, i was told it would. the toothbrush was not replaced by housekeeping. this affected the quality of the stay. lighting distribution cause disturbance and rooms felt small.

I liked the pleasant and helpful dining staff. The serving staff were also great. The reception and concierge made the hotel special. They are the best. The cleaning staff were excellent!
The hotel turns into a nightclub, even during the day at times. Loud music went on until 3 a.m., so I couldn't sleep. I should have been placed away from the noise.
